During my weekend stay, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The first thing that stood out to me was the spacious lobby. It was visually appealing and gave a great first impression. the hotel had a prime location, with easy access to major attractions and transportation options. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer. Lastly, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and washrooms were kept tidy, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The staff's service was also slow, as they seemed to take their time in refilling the buffet and fulfilling guest requests.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to the airport and easy to access by auto rickshaw. the room was clean and well-maintained, with nice washrooms. the presentation of the hotel and their restaurant was impressive, with nice decor and pleasant English music playing in the background.
The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited selection of items that were served cold. the service at the hotel was quite slow, and the staff often did not understand or act upon requests in a timely manner.
